Children First

Children First is service of Growing Potential Ltd. We are a proud community-based not-for-profit charity that has been operating since 1948. We have six childcare services in the greater Blacktown area and run a number of projects to support inclusion. We are proud to say that of the many languages in Blacktown, we have 54 represented in the families of our users, and there are 23 languages represented in our staff. Our mission is to grow and support the potential of children, families, and communities by providing a positive learning environment with expert educators to help your children thrive. Our professional development department, Children First Training, provides expert and affordable professional development courses for staff and educators in the early childhood education and care sector.
