Childrens Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County (CAC), based in Hoffman Estates, serves more than 1,800 children and their families each year in 38 suburban communities. CAC provides coordinated forensic interviewing, professional trauma-informed counseling, court advocacy and support services to children who have experienced sexual abuse or severe physical abuse. The streamlining of valuable resources benefits children, families and the community at large.
