Childrens Cancer North

Childrens Cancer North is an independent charity with over 40 years of heritage in supporting individuals and families affected by childhood cancer. Newly formed in 2021, from the marriage of North of England Childrens Cancer Research and Childrens Cancer Fund, our charities have collectively raised over 40 million to support children with cancer in the North East and Cumbria since 1979. The main objectives of Childrens Cancer North are to: 1. Invest in revolutionary research 2. Provide support for children and their families 3. Raise awareness of childrens cancer Investing in revolutionary research - we fund early phase trials and support research to make treatments less harsh but more effective. Childrens Cancer North funds valuable work being carried out at the Wolfson Childhood Cancer Research Centre in Newcastle.
