Chilterns Neuro Centre

The Chilterns Neuro Centre provides much-needed support and stability for people with MS, Parkinsons and stroke survivors, as well as their families and their carers. We are an independent charity and within our local community we strive to help people gain greater control over their neurological condition so they can lead happy and healthy lives. We provide physio, hydro, oxygen, complementary and occupational therapies that are not available regularly or long-term on the NHS.
