Industrial Bank (), listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 601166), formerly known as Fujian Industrial Bank, is a national joint-stock commercial bank headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. It was one of the first joint-stock commercial banks approved by the State Council and the Peoples Bank of China, and was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 5, 2007 with a registered capital of 5 billion yuan, making it the first equator bank in mainland China. Currently, the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance is the largest single shareholder of Industrial Bank, holding 18.78% of the shares.
