CPC is an architectural design firm specializing in parking facilities. Our architectural team has over 25 years of experience with a single focus parking facility planning and design. Rick Choate, as principal, has been solely dedicated to parking planning and design since 1979. He understands what role experience, talent, enthusiasm and attention to the Owners needs mean.
