Our employees are pet lovers and pet parents. They go through training to understand the foods and supplies we carry and how they can benefit your pet. They love to talk to customers and help them have a great pet parent experience. Because Chow Hound is local, we partner with many West Michigan pet related charities that help dogs, cats, and small animals find homes. We offer space for cats (and some rabbits) for adoption from the Humane Societies of West Michigan, Ottawa Shores and Muskegon at all 9 stores.
