I wanted to use these few paragraphs to tell you About Us and share my story. My name is Jackson Chua, and I have been working in the hardware and machinery industry for more than 45 years. For me, this field is not just an industry, its a passion. It was my vision to invest my insight, time, and energy to fill the hydraulics supplies gap in the marine industry. I started Chuan Kok in 1982. I had to say It wasnt easy at all!. I began promoting myself in Singapore... with very little luck. It took a year before I landed a major contract supplying valves and fittings to Far East Levingston Shipbuilding (FELS). Far East Levingston has since been renamed Keppel Fels. I remember having to provide very specific technical help and make suggestions on how to improve their systems.
