Chef owner Martin Louzao along with a committed team have been able to develop multiple concepts from our main Cocina Abierta all the way to Nonna, Finca, Croqueteria and Atelier de Cocina Abierta which is a cooking school for aficionados. We visualize ourselves as creatives and our biggest bet and purpose is to constantly evolve.
