Our neighbourhood restaurant will bring a low-key & relaxed atmosphere with a menu that gets people excited. Set in an 18th century former cobblers with panelled walls, an atrium and wooden flooring weve installed a custom Japanese inspired bbq and purpose built industrial bar. As ever our kitchen focuses on circular cooking, squeezing every last drop out of the wonderful produce we get our hands on from small, ethical suppliers. From fermenting to tinctures our zero-waste philosophy is at the heart of what we do. In the dining room, bold and innovative cookery meets warm and welcoming service.
