Incorporated in 1883, Eustis has a population of approximately 18,000, covering 11.4 square miles. It is ideally located in the heart of Central Florida - situated in the Orlando metropolitan area. The City partners with its community and engages residents to create a superior quality of life. Eustis completed a massive Downtown Streetscape Construction Project in November 2010 to revitalize the downtown business core and provide for economic development activity. Our Historic Downtown now features two-way traffic, 14 sidewalks, and improved pedestrian access, traffic circulation, and drainage.
