When Civerinos started out, Mr C wanted to create the kind of place you could hang out with family and friends. A cool, independent, family-owned neighbourhood slice bar based on his time in NYC and nod to his Italian roots. The journey so far has been incredible. Staying true to Nonnas own recipes and throwing in some NYC attitude (that nonna would have backhanded you for), Civerinos has been serving New York, Italian street to Edinburgh for the last 7 years and now we are dedicated to bringing that same authenticity to Glasgow and beyond. At Civs, we arent wanting to be the biggest and the best, we are wanting to be your favourite. Your favourite place to work and everyones favourite place to grab a slice.
