Civilab Australia Pty Ltd was founded in 1986 by three friends who had a long association together in the manufacture and supply of Construction Materials Testing Equipment. From the beginning we focused on building a company with the right recipe of Quality Products and prompt and efficient service. Business flourished and before long we had outgrown our modest premises, moved into a warehouse and doubled our office and storage capacity. In the early 1990s, after being appointed Agents for Humboldt Scientific and Wykeham Farrance Engineering, we formed an alliance with Civilab Southern and opened a second office in Geelong, soon to be followed by a second office in Brisbane. Servicing the Humboldt Densometer range was a prime objective and we embarked on building a NATA Calibration Facility which now trades under the banner of Civil Calibration Services.
