Classroom Central

Classroom Central was established in 2002 when a team of local business leaders set out to provide free school supplies to children living in poverty. Today, Classroom Central serves teachers and students in nearly 200 schools across 6 school districts: Charlotte-Mecklenburg, Gaston County, Iredell/Statesville, Union County, City of Kannapolis, and Lancaster County, SC. Eligible schools are those in which 50% or more of students receive free or reduce price lunch
