CLEER: Clean Energy Economy for the Region

Clean Energy Economy for the Region (CLEER) works to accelerate the transition to a clean energy economy, increase energy independence and reduce impacts of climate change. CLEER is a nonprofit based in Carbondale, Colorado. Our primary work at present is to develop and deliver the programs and services of the Garfield New Energy Communities Initiative. These are aimed at increasing energy efficiency and renewable energy for households, businesses and government, along with energy efficient transportation
