Climate for Change is a volunteer-powered, not-for-profit organisation on a mission to create the social mandate for effective action on climate change. Weve adapted the Tupperware party model of small gatherings in peoples homes, each of which generates another, to facilitate face-to-face conversations about climate change. Our goal is to encourage conversations about climate change with enough people to shift the public conversation on climate change. We have grown rapidly since our humble beginnings five years ago, engaging over 11,500 people in Climate Conversations and reaching thousands more through our campaigns and other activities.
