Proud distributor of American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, Climatic Comfort Products began as a franchise with Carrier in 1936 under the name F.A. Bailey and Sons. Headquartered in Charleston, SC, the company was an industry leader in heating, air conditioning and ventilation. In 1956 John Bailey created the Climatic Corporation from that business, establishing Climatic Comfort Products as the independent distributor of air conditioning equipment and parts in South Carolina. Over the next several decades, Climatic Comfort Products not only expanded and grew, it became an expert in dealer support, programs, rewards and relationships.
