At Climb Nashville we strive to be one of the premier climbing facility in the country. We are dedicated to the health and well being of our community. Friendly and experienced staff will teach you how to climb safely and help you share an adventure with your family and friends that theyll never forget. Fitness & Yoga: We offer Olympic WOD, Cardio Burn, a Mobility class and many more fitness classes throughout the week. We have classes start as early as 5 a.m. and as late as 6 p.m., that allows anybody to squeeze in some fitness in a busy work day. We also offer Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Flow Yoga and Yoga for Climbers throughout the week. In addition to our yoga and fitness schedule, we can also personalize your own time and workout schedule with some one-on-one personal fitness training.
