Mission Statement The Clinard Family is committed to adding value to homes and businesses while setting the standard for confidence and trust in our industry since 1958. Clinard Home Improvement was started in 1958 by the Clinard Family. Their business primarily focused on gutter sales and installation. In 1994, Clinard was purchased by Dick Moore and Bill Tisdale. Under their leadership, we have expanded our product line to include room additions, roofing, gutters, Gutter Cap, siding and trim including HardiePlank, carports/patio covers, sunrooms and replacement windows. In 2008, Dick Moore became the sole owner and operator. Through all the changes in our familys ownership, we continue to offer quality workmanship with professional service from our experienced installers.
