CMAs business concept is to deliver an informed basis for both strategic decision-making and daily operations to our customers. We do this through a certified, effective research process, in which the results are a tool rather than just a report. We are an independent research company with a broad range of service offerings focused on employee, customer and market research. Our customers are found in most industries and sectors of society, but have many traits in common. Above all, our customers are all companies and organizations that want to develop their business operations and their employees. With our roots in Linkoping University, we have been in operation for almost 20 years. Since 2000 the company has been privately owned and we now have over 30 academically trained employees.
