CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (CMBC Capital, stock code: 1141.HK) is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the first overseas listed financial holding platform of CMBC International Holdings Limited (CMBC International), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited (Minsheng Bank). It is the second Chinese-funded investment bank successfully listed in the Hong Kong market, with CMBC International holding over 60% of its equity.
