C&O Apparel is a leading apparel design and manufacturing company located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1981 as Oceanic Sportswear, the company later merged with Cascadia Fashions Resources to form C&O Apparel in 2010. Current President, Simpson Ma, who took over the company in 1995, has created sustainability by consistently offering the best possible product at the best possible price. C&O Apparel operates a state of the art 83,000 sq ft manufacturing facility with approximately 200 employees in Canada to service our domestic and international customer. We have also closely partnered with a carefully selected number of suppliers from China, Taiwan, and Cambodia to create a vertically integrated manufacturing process.
