Coastal Communities Physician Network

Coastal Communities Physician Network sets a standard for excellence in health care provided to our patients in settings that promote wellness and preventive medicine. Throughout the history of our medical organization, we have invested our resources in the development of programs and services responsive to the health care needs of our members, while adapting to the increasingly diverse needs of tomorrows health care agenda. Coastal Communities Physician Network is a group of physicians with locations throughout San Luis Obispo. These physicians are either employed by CCPN or are part of an Independent Physicians Association (IPA) which CCPN contracts with to provide you with the care you need.
