Coastline Housing

Based in the heart of Cornwall, Coastline Housing is an independent not-for-profit housing association which owns and manages 5,000 homes. Together with subsidiary Coastline Services we employ more than 300 people, jointly holding Investors In People Silver. The companys purpose is to build great homes and offer great services provided by great people. The challenge faced by Coastline Housing is enormous. At 11.2 times average earnings in many areas of Cornwall, high house price rises have excluded many people from owning their own home. Thousands of families have registered for affordable rented housing in the county and many more are known to be in need. With a growing annual turnover - currently 24 million - Coastline Housings contribution to solving this problem and improving peoples lives continues to increase.
