Chef-trained Founder Romain Bourrillon and his team go to great lengths to source the highest quality French ingredients from smaller traditional farms, and use Michelin-quality techniques to deliver perfectly cooked, aromatic dishes, which are packed with flavour. The menu will focus on the rotisserie chicken as the star of the show, and namesake. Cocottes high-quality free-range chickens are sourced from a farm in Evron (Pays de la Loire, France) and are cooked using expert techniques honed by Romain during his time in Belgiums Michelin-starred restaurants.
