CODE Lancashire

CODE Lancashire (a programme delivered by Scale-Abililty Ltd) creates opportunities in digital employment and addresses the skills shortage within the tech sector through the delivery of Digital Skills Bootcamps. Combining technical skills learning with practical industry experience, the immersive programme upskills and trains individuals, creating a new generation of digital talent. Bringing together local businesses, trainers, coaches, and mentors, CODE Lancashire helps individuals to develop sector-specific skills and connects employers with potential candidates, with a guaranteed interview on completion. The programme involves 80 hours of guided learning support via group sessions, which includes around 60 hours of technical skills learning and 20 hours focused on employability. A further 5 hours of one-to-one mentoring will get participants ready for employment.
