Welcome to Code-Switch Consultants! Our story began in March 2020 as a University of Manchester staff start-up with a mission to make researchers more industry savvy, boost their career prospects and channel their research skills into businesses, driving positive change for society and the economy. We are specialists in creating and delivering action-based and transformative learning experiences through both comprehensive programmes and targeted workshops in the fields of consultancy, project management, industry engagement, and entrepreneurship. Our flagship programme, Full SwitchTM Research Consultancy Programme, exemplifies our approach. We take researchers on a 6-month consultancy journey to deliver live projects for businesses.
