Who We Are We came up with a motto- Work Hard, Play Harder. That isnt our motto, we didnt come up with it and it does not describe us. But its a good opening, right? Play Hard, Play Harder, Play Hardest might be more accurate. To us, our work is our play. Were crazy about what we do, and our staff (and the hours and effort they put in), reflect that. How We Do It We operate on the assumption that we can change everything, from the ground up. We take nothing for granted, and just because something has been done a certain way for forever, doesnt mean it is the optimal approach.
