CogWell is a national 501(c)(3) organization that provides programs that teach effective communication skills to college students, enabling them to proactively manage daily mental health stressors and foster connections. In turn, campus environments become more supportive for all. Listen Up and Listen Deeper workshops are one interactive workshop allows students to learn and practice Effective Listening Skills to improve peer support among students. Groups we train include: Greek life, sports teams, student-leaders, religious clubs, general student clubs, academic courses and clubs, and social clubs.
