Cole & Ashcroft began with humble beginnings. It all started in a small warehouse in Rosenberg, Texas in 1992. Paul Wagner, the companys founder, discovered there wasnt a retail solution for the DIY consumer to create their own gift basket at home. At that time, professionally made gift baskets were becoming very popular. With a background in retail, Wagner put together a plan-o-gram of consumer packaged products for the consumer to create their own professional-looking gift basket. Our shrink wrap bag was the first that could be used with a common hairdryer and our crinkle shred offering was the first in a retail-sized package. Our footprint grew to include many wrap and fill options over the years. Fast forward 30 years and today, Cole & Ashcroft has grown to two distribution facilities and two manufacturing facilities with over 125,000 square feet under roof.
