Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN) represents the 20 Colorado Community Health Centers (CHCs) that form the backbone of Colorados primary health care safety net. CCHN is committed to: Educating policy makers and stakeholders about the unique needs of CHCs and their patients. Providing resources to ensure that CHCs are strong organizations. Supporting CHCs in maintaining the highest quality care. CHCs are located throughout the state in rural, frontier, and urban settings. CHCs provide comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health care to one in seven Coloradans. CHCs are unique in that they are governed by community boards where 51% of the board is patients. CHCs provide health care to low income working families. CHCs serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay. CHCs are rewarding places to work!
