Commecs Institute of Business and Emerging Sciences (CIBES) is a Degree Awarding Institution sponsored by the CET - COMMECS EDUCATIONAL TRUST. The Trust was established by the COMMECS - the Alumni Association of the Government College of Commerce and Economics. Trust is a not-for-profit organization, certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) for quality standards in education. The founders envisioned the institute for bringing in a quantum change in the present education system of the country. CIBES was the first institute in Pakistan to get BBA Program affiliation from IBA - the Institute of Business Administration Karachi in the Year 1995. This reflected the confidence and trust of IBA Karachi in the quality of business education provided at CIBES.
