Our project management has the capabilities of conducting preconstruction reviews such as value analysis, value engineering, team coordination, long lead item procurement, preliminary budget estimates as well as final proposals. Our services also include onsite supervision, project management, scheduling, material procurement, preparation of shop drawings and submittals, conducting project meetings, prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, project logs, billings & coordination of payments, safety, quality control, start up, commissioning, punch list and completion as well as final close out documents
