Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT)is a nationwide 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that administers affordable Third-Party and First-Party Pooled Special Needs Trusts (PSNTs). CCTs mission is to provide PSNTs for people with special needs while protecting their government benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid. CCT has served over 1,800 clients and manages more than $70 million in funded trusts.
