For the last 40 years, Community Affairs and Resource Center (CARC) has provided assistance to Monmouth County residents with the goal of achieving self-sufficiency within the community. CARC is a non-profit social service agency that provides a wide variety of services and programs focusing on educating, empowering the community, strengthening youth and families through advocacy and collaboration.
