Community Arts Center Williamsport

As a vital part of Williamsports downtown and the regional arts and cultural scene, the Community Arts Centerss mission is to enhance the quality of life for the community by providing exceptional arts and entertainment events and participatory activities; offering programming that is appropriate and accessible to the diverse interests and needs of a regional audience; and providing courteous service and maintaining a warm and welcoming environment to guests. The Community Arts Center is the largest cultural institution in the county and is a community resource and the performance home for the Uptown Music Collective, the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra and Youth Orchestra, the Lycoming College Music Department, and the Repasz Band, plus many local dance schools. We like to say that all the big events in Williamsport happen at the Community Arts Center, but its more than that. We truly are a place where the arts and community intersect
