Community Care Northumberland strives to be the best, multi-service, volunteer-based community support organization in Northumberland County. Our 850 regional volunteers and staff enable clients to experience a higher quality of life by strengthening their connections with the community. We accomplish this goal through the delivery of non medical home support services so that the following people can remain healthy and independent in their own homes: Seniors, Adults with disabilities, or All persons (or their caregivers) who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.
