Community Corporation of Santa Monica (Community Corp) is a Santa Monica-based nonprofit organization that restores, builds, and manages affordable housing for people of modest means. For more than three decades, Community Corp has made Santa Monica a more inclusive, caring & environmentally sustainable city. Community Corp was incorporated in 1982 by community leaders who sought to preserve Santa Monicas social and economic diversity by providing affordable housing.
