Community Harvest Project (CHP) is a nonprofit, volunteer farming organization based in North Grafton, MA. CHP educates and engages volunteers to raise fresh fruits and vegetables for hunger relief. Each year, thousands of individuals join together to grow tens of thousands of pounds of healthy, fresh, fruit and produce for donation to the local hunger relief effort. CHP farms serve as place-based learning environments for public awareness of hunger, farming, food-security, nutrition, natural resource conservation, land preservation, and the value of community service.
