Community Health Center of Lubbock

In 1992, Community Health Center of Lubbock (CHCL) was formed by the Lubbock Indigent Healthcare Coalition to respond to the growing needs of the medically under-served. This coalition was made up of many individuals and organizations from across Lubbock. Over time, the needs of the community grew and, in November 2001, CHCL began providing direct patient care to accommodate this growth. In September 2004, the Chatman and Parkway Clinics became part of CHCL.
