CHESS-Liberia is a reputable nonprofit dedicated to ending preventive health associated deaths and sufferings via Community Health, Research and Livelihoods in Liberia. Founded by Liberias civil war affected health worker Mr. J. Alexander Nyahn, Snr(1956-2013) on February 16, 2004 to provide needy preventive health services to over 250,000 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and 50,000 Ivorian Refugees hosted in the humanitarian city of Saclepea, Nimba County, Northern Liberia.
