CISS is an N.G.O guided by its integrated approach that promotes participatory community initiatives through strengthening capacities for sustainable development. C.I.S.S has been in operation for over 28 years within which it has successfully implemented various development projects. The organization has its head offices located in Kisumu and operates mainly in Kisumu, Siaya and Homabay counties. CISS focuses on the vulnerable households in the targeted communities with various interventions that seek to empower them to address the underlying causes of their vulnerability and how those can be addressed
