Company You Keep Hospitality was founded by Graceanne Jordan, an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience managing and developing restaurants with Danny Meyer, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Tom Colicchio. Our food and beverage programs are led by Anthony Merlino, whose beverage program experience spans from Michelin-starred restaurants to hotels, and Chris Lavey, whose restaurant experience included two 3-Star reviews from the New York Times at Craft and The Modern. Our Events team is led by Debra Erber, with almost 20 years of experience in luxury hotel and restaurant brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Fontainebleau, EDITION, and Tom Colicchios...
