Complete Family Medicine

In 2009, Justin D. Puckett, DO, founded Complete Family Medicine shortly after finishing residency in Kirksville. In a 600 square foot office in the downtown Kirksville area, CFM quickly became known as the clinic where patients wanted to be seen, where staff wanted to work, and where the greatest offering of services could be provided under one roof. Volume quickly grew and with it grew the team of providers and team members. In 2017, Complete Family Medicine became a service of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System, a not-for-profit health system based out of Hannibal, MO. Hannibal Regional has been an independent provider of health care for the past 120 years and has been at its current location in Hannibal for more than 30 years. Expanding beyond hospital services, Hannibal Regional now has nearly 1,600 team members, offices located in 14 communities, over 150 providers and 21 specialties serving 13 counties.
