Composite Conveyor Rollers-CCR- manufactures high performance composite rollers for the toughest, most demanding conveyor applications. Our composite rollers are installed in conveyor applications in South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique, Kenya, Congo, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Sweden at -40C; Canada in copper and iron ore pellets at -50C, and on load out terminals on the West Coast and East Coast of North America. In Indonesia our rollers are installed on big underground belts; and in India in fertilizer and cement on belts with speeds exceeding 9 metres per second, conveying more than 12 000 tons per hour in copper; and in iron ore, gold, and platinum mines to super sticky fertiliser and sugar plants. We know about specialised tube materials - our team can design flame retardant (V0) rollers, conducive for grain and coal load out terminals amongst other things in our arsenal.
