Concord Neighborhood Center has been serving near-Southside families since 1875. The agencys mission is: To provide opportunities that advance the education, health, well-being and independence for near-Southside families. Concord offers six core programs: nationally accredited early learning, school-aged youth development, comprehensive teenage development, family social services, older adult enrichment, and HIV care coordination. Nutrition and transportation are auxiliary services of the six core programs, including an on-site deli, The Dynki. The agency serves over 2,000 people annually.
