Condon Claims Management

Having found its origins in Louisiana in 1997, Condon Claims Management (CCM) opened its UK office in 1999 in response to market demand for a TPA to handle construction business placed in the London marine market. Since that time, we have grown controllably and steadily, whereby we are now performing TPA services for numerous large UK and US insurance carriers on primary and excess general liability, construction, hull, P&I, and MEL programs. In August 2006, CCM opened its office in Houston - again due to market demand - to work in unison with our New Orleans, Louisiana office in maritime liability claims. In February 2007, we opened an office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, predominately to handle hull and liability claims on yacht business. Our UK office is accredited with Lloyds of London and the International Underwriting Agency (IUA) in London.
