Connecting Dreams Foundation SGTB Khalsa Chapter

Connecting Dreams Foundation SGTB Khalsa Chapter aims to address the SDG-based challenges through entrepreneurial action. It is working to utilize the potential of the youth and directing it towards activities that will lead to inclusive social development, enabling the achievement of SDGs. CDF SGTB works along the lines of the 3C model. Each project is based on the same. First phase is collecting dreams, that is the collect phase, to identify the needs and challenges faced by nearby communities. Then is to create solutions, to ideate with the volunteering youth to create sustainable long-term solutions for the community. The next phase is to change lives, to help create a sustainable model for each of the initiatives so that the project effectively empowers the community.
