Connecting Families was established in 2013 for the soul purpose of bringing communities together, using our services as a vehicle to achieve this goal. Our purpose is to create a better life for children and adults in our care, their families, and the wider community. We stand and live by our core values CARE meaning, Capable, Authentic, Respect and Empower. Our team demonstrates these values each and every day and are hired on not only for their skill set, but also the deeper belief that what we do each and every day can make a significant difference to an individuals life. Connecting Families head office is located in Western Sydney NSW, with services currently offered within this principality and throughout Western and Northern NSW.
