Considerate Constructors Scheme

The Considerate Constructors Scheme works with the construction industry and the public to raise standards and build trust in construction. We are a not-for-profit, independently managed organisation. To help constructors improve their behaviours, we have created the Code of Considerate Practice which focuses on three key areas: Respecting the community; Caring for the environment; Valuing the workforce. Those registered with us make a commitment to conform to the Code and work to raise their standards above and beyond it. Whether you are a member of the public with a concern about construction activity, a contractor or supplier wanting to register your construction activity to raise your standards, or a construction client who would like your projects to register with us, we are here to help.
